Brennan’s life-long enthusiasm for food and dedication to customer
service find full expression in Catering to your Tastes. He
graduated from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in
1983, with an associate’s degree in culinary arts.
Prior to
starting Catering to your tastes, he gained an enormous amount of
experience over the past 2 decades, working the stoves at his
Chat-a-While Inn in Reading PA for 10 years and as executive Chef at
DiLullo’s in Philadelphia for 14 years.
