BAKED RICOTTA PUDDING

 

3 CUPS FRESH RICOTTA CHEESE

1 CUP SUGAR  IN THE RAW

1 TSP VANILLA

1 CUP  DRIED CRANBERRIES

1 CUP  DRIED FIGS

 

IN A BOWL, MIX RICOTTA AND VANILLA. SLOWLY STIR IN THE SUGAR AND FOLD IN THE DRIED CRANBERRIES AND FIGS. BAKE @ 375 DEGREE OVEN FOR 15-20 MINUTES AND SERVE.
